We are run by Bertie Beattie (head of design) and Ben Waymark (chief technical officer) We have been designing and programming websites as a company since 2004. Individually we each have careers that have developed beyond the last decade. Bertie, Rural Websites Ltd's head of design, has created web sites and interactive media for Tower Records, PricewaterhouseCooper, and Barclay's Bank amongst others. Ben, Rural Websites Ltd's chief technical officer, has a background in web development and new media technical infrastructure. He has worked for the BBC developing and maintaining their internet and interactive television infrastructure and was ITV's Interactive Testing and Broadcasting manager during their launch of interactive television services for 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire', 'Survivor' and other services.
